Hi Anon, and YES! I get that comment all the time at weddings and I have no idea how to respond. =)
Neither do I, but I sometimes do respond much the same way Jim Carey does in that little gif you posted. Can't help but have that reaction! It's good to know I'm not the only one. I started avoiding get together's with family friends who look at me with pity over not being with someone. The good thing is I'm not as pressured by my family.
